The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The construction period will be 90 calendar days. A. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to perform all operations required to complete the work, all in accordance with these specifications and the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be performed in connection with this project includes but is not limited an Image Upgrade to the Starbucks in the Exchange Store located at the corner 3rd Street West and New B Street West 2.
