Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Fort Erie, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 18,008-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Gibson Center Expansion Project. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new two-story office building connected to the existing office building at 591 m2 per floor and an expanded vehicle bay at 491 m2 for a total estimated constructed area of 1,673 m2 or 18,008 square feet. The new office building will feature standard offices, workstations, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, a server room, and administrative storage space. Additionally, the project includes comprehensive site enhancements to address site servicing, stormwater management, grading, parking needs (both existing and new), landscaping adjustments, and ensuring public access. TIMELINE: Project is on indefinite hold pending Owner's decision to proceed. At this time, there are no plans to re-tender. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
