Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A two-mile portion of Avondale Haslet Road will be reconstructed from two lanes to four-lanes. This improvement will reduce congestion and improve mobility. The two miles run from Willow Creek Drive to the Fort Worth city limits east. As part of this roadway enhancement, the project includes New curb and gutters Storm water drainage, New 10-foot pedestrian and bike lane. As of February 11, 2025, the project is 90% design complete. Row of Way Acquisition / Franchise Utility Relocation is currently in progress. Information regarding design firm and general contractor has not been released.
