TANK provides both fixed-route mass transportation services through approximately 108 city-type transit buses, and paratransit services through approximately 34 cutaway type vehicles. Construction Schedule 1. The Work shall be conducted in a single phase, with overall project completion as indicated below and in the Instructions to Bidders. 2. Notice to proceed is anticipated to be issued on or around May 9, 2024. Start of work on site may commence following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Project Substantial Completion is to be achieved on or before December 20, 2024. 3. Before commencing Work, submit an updated copy of Contractors construction schedule showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates for all phases of the Work. 4. Contractors are to staff project adequately and include shift or overtime work necessary to complete the work on the schedules noted above. Note special requirements for supervisory personnel and work crews as outlined in Section 013100 Project Management. Proposals should be submitted in two (2) volumes, each including one (1) original and three (3) copies, plus a CD or USB flash drive containing both volumes in PDF format, in a sealed envelope. No price or price-related information shall appear in Volume 1, the Technical Proposal. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.
