Site prep and installation of a 60' wide x 50' deep x 16' H (interior) pole barn structure. - The 60' side will be the gable end - Post concrete - Metal siding and metal roof - There would be an interior wall separating the 60'x50' interior into two 30'x50' sections - Two 16' x 14' overhead doors on the front - one for each section - Two 36" walk through doors on the front - one for each section - Two 12'x12' overhead doors on the back - one for each section - Walk through door on the interior wall; more of a French door (but durable) set up here where we could open the doors up to create a wider opening - Incorporate translucent wall panels along the top of the structure to allow natural light in - 3 sliding windows on both the east and west sides (6 total windows) Dundee Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and bids, including that of the lowest bidder; or to accept bids either in whole or in part; to award contracts by individual items or by lump sum total; or to waive any informalities, defects or omissions in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of Dundee Community Schools to do so. The proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by an approved surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted. Proposals shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days after official opening bids. CONTRACT SECURITY: The successful Contractor will be required to furnish performance, labour bonds, each in the full amount of the proposal.
