Site work for a civil project in La Mesa, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Professional design services for this project shall support the replacement of approximately 2,970 LF of existing 304 stainless steel piping with cement mortar-lined carbon steel pipes with painted exterior including associated valves, appurtenances, and pipe labels at the Area 60 (Filters 9-16) Filter Gallery of the Alvarado WTP. The design scope includes the installation of removable spools with bypass which is necessary for future inspection by a third-party certified weld inspector to ensure the welding environment and procedures for quality control. The Project is located at 5540 Kiowa Drive, La Mesa, California 91942, within the Navajo Community Planning Area (Council District 7). A map showing the location of work is included in Appendix A. A table showing pipe estimates is included in Appendix B.
