Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Liskeard, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This Request for Tender (RFT) describes the requirements of The Corporation of the City of Temiskaming Shores to receive submissions from qualified companies for the extension of the South Temiskaming Active Travel Organization (STATO) Trail from 90m north of the Laurette St/Crystal Cres intersection 226m to the property line of École élémentaire catholique Saint-Michel in the former township of Dymond. The successful bidder shall supply all materials, labour, supervision, machinery, tools and other necessary equipment in order to carry out the proposed work. The extension of the STATO trail is from the current end of the trail, approximately 90m north of the Laurette St/Crystal Cres intersection, 226m to the property line of École élémentaire catholique Saint-Michel in the former township of Dymond. The extension will gradually curve 90 degrees between the start and end points.
