Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of Fullerwood Training Center Roof Replacement located in the eastern portion of St. Johns County, Florida Work includes Roof Replacement and Repairs Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five days after the opening thereof The successful bidder will be required to furnish and record in the official records of the county in which the project is located a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond in the form identified herein. Question Deadline 04/19/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be received by email to Jim Ripley,at jimr@arc-arc.com Final Addendum will be issued Friday, April 26, 2024. The St. Johns County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and minor irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the System.
