Site work and paving for a civil project in Bedford, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of constructing of a 31' B-B concrete street with 6" concrete pavement on 8" lime stabilized subgrade with 6" curbs on Phyllis Street between Brown Tr. and Ravenswood Dr., as indicated on the plans. The work also consists of approximately 1,400 LF of 8" PVC water line and 200 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer. Bedford 49th Paving Improvements - Phyllis Street Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Two (2) sets of Plans and Specifications shall be furnished to the Contractor, at no charge, for construction purposes. Additional copies may be obtained at a cost of fifty dollars ($50.00) per set. LABOR HOUR BENCHMARKS (25% and 5% goal)
