Tender Call for Exterior Painting for Various Housing Units (Duplexes) in Battleford, SK Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to The Battlefords Housing Authority. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from The Battlefords Housing Authority at (306) 445-4393. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. An approved contractor application must be completed, and evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors. Addenda will not be issued any later than seven calendar days prior to the Tender closing date. Oral interpretations made to any Bidder shall not modify any provision of the Tender Documents. 3. Questions arising during the bidding period shall be directed to: Rod Hamilton, The Battlefords Housing Authority at 306-445-4393 or 306-441-3488 Request for equals or substitutes shall be submitted in writing ten (10) calendar days prior to the Tender closing date.
