The Agency's estimated per-unit cost is roughly around $100K per unit. Inclusive of GCs, GRs, insurances, and profit, we are estimating approximately $6.1 million for 1510 N 1st Street and $4.9 million for The Willows Apartments. The property has eight, 1 and 2-story, Multifamily buildings, constructed around 1973. The buildings contain a total floor area of approximately 33,328 square feet. No seismic related structural damage was reported or noted at the time of our site visit. April 18, 2024 @ 4:00 PM PST On behalf of the Santa Clara County Housing Authority and its Affiliate, GP Pinmore HDC, Inc., a request for proposals from licensed general contracting firms to provide construction management and general construction services for the Projects known as the The Willows Apartments and 1510 N. 1st Street. Interested firms are invited to submit their proposal(s) for one or both projects outlined in the solicitation, clearly indicating their project selection(s) within their structured and tabbed proposal. Bidders interested in responding to this solicitation should carefully review the bid packet for additional information regarding key dates, minimum requirements, and site conditions.
