The project shall consist of all work described in the plan sheets and specifications including but, not limited to, the construction of new concrete paving for the Bonsai Plaza and the Charlotte Partridge Ordway Japanese Garden, protection of existing vegetation, demolition of existing pavers, protecting and incorporating existing trench/slot drains, gravel paving, excavation, export and import of soils and aggregate, plant protection, exposed aggregate concrete, regular concrete, resetting and pouring around existing drain inlets, stone foot bridge on concrete abutments, and hand construction work. If needed, the expectation of the contractor will be to provide protection from cold for cold weather work and will not be cause for changes to the contract.
