Site work for a water / sewer project in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract is as shown on the Plans and as provided for in these Specifications, and shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools and supplies and performing all labor in the construction of work generally as follows 1. Maintenance to Ground Storage Tank B1. The prospective bidders shall make such inspection and studies of the site and of the work as to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered. All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150, Arkansas Acts of 1965, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner. The Owner further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 60 days after the receipt of bids.
