The City of Pharr is soliciting proposals from professional engineering firms for "Professional Engineering Services for Inspection, Material testing and Construction Management for the I Road Project (From Rancho Blanco Road to US 281 (Military Hwy))." The successful firm will have significant experience in Construction Engineering Inspection, in adherence with TxDOT Specifications and oversight and will act as an agent for the city in the project's construction involving the reconstruction of I Rd. and a shared-use trail and will include Bridges, grading, asphalt, signing, pavement markings, lighting, a pedestrian bridge, etc. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/3/2024 5:00 PM.
