Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project will include demolition and reconstruction of the 7th and 8th floor of the Montgomery County Reibold building. The design concept will be in accordance with the preliminary design documents included in this RFQ. The 7th floor of Reibold will include an expansion of the Montgomery County Probation Department as well as a relocation of the Montgomery County Court Investigative Unit from the 8th floor to the 7th floor. The 8th floor will consist of a relocation of the Montgomery County Safety and Risk Management Department from the County Administration Building. Questions shall be submitted via email only and the questions and answers will be shared via Addendum on the Purchasing website https://mcohio.org/onlinebids/. PROPOSED SUBMISSIONS AND SCHEDULES This gives an overview of the desired schedule, and should be considered tentative: 1. Notice to Proceed (A/E Contract Approved) Estimated Time Frame: May 7, 2024 2. Complete Program and Schematic Design: (Goal): June 2024 3. Complete construction documents (plans & specifications) ready for bid: September 2024 4. Construction Bids due: November 2024 5. Construction Schedule: December 2024 to January 2026
