The amended solicitation for Facility Fire Detection and Sprinkler System Preventive Maintenance Service. The scope of this PWS is to provide general guidance for fire alarm and sprinkler system maintenance services related to proper operation and efficiency. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, materials, equipment, and labor. The types of expertise and trade disciplines are of a general nature; however, they require knowledge of industry standards relating to testing/inspection of equipment, materials, and methods. Contractor will provide preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) and service. Place of Performance. On-site work will be performed at AFNBC Riverside, 23755 Z Street, Riverside, CA 92518. The period of performance is for one (1) year after contract award with four (4) option years. As directed by the COR, the contractor shall continue performance in emergency or mission essential conditions. Additionally, the contractor may be required to account for the whereabouts of their personnel should this information be requested by the COR. Questions are due by 4:00PM EST on March 29, 2024.
