All Bids Must Be Clearly Marked as a Bid. Prevailing Wage Project Horsham Township Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. No bid shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. It is the intent ofthese specifications to govern the Contractor in furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, and performing all work necessary for application of reflectorized pavement markings at any locations designated by the Township (not necessarily all) and as per PennDOT specifications.
