Renovation of an educational facility in Little River, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Location: North Myrtle Beach Middle School 11240 Hwy. 90 Little River, SC 29566 HVAC Replacement in the classroom wings which include Areas A, B (not including 6 classrooms behind the band room, C, D (2 wings), and E (including the gym). Only new duct and air distribution in the gym and minor duct work to reconnect new equipment to existing duct. There will be some work associated with ceiling demolition to accomplish HVAC component replacement. All questions must be submitted in writing to the District Bid Contact Person by 12:00pm (noon) on 4/10/2024 The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The overall project involves the HVAC replacement in the classroom wings which include Areas A, B (not including the 6 classrooms behind the band room), C, D (2 wings), and E (including the gym). Base bid is to include all of the Work as described in the Drawings and Specifications using Makeup Air Units (Dedicated Outdoor Packaged Recovery Units) manufactured by Trane.
