The scope of work generally includes, but may not be limited to, pavement planning of existing asphalt and/or concrete pavement, base and/or pavement repairs, curb replacement, pavement interlayer, asphalt intermediate layer, utility structure and/or casting adjustments and/or reconstruction, tack coat, asphalt surface layer, replacement of existing curb ramps with ADA accessible curb ramps, asphalt rejuvenation, pavement markings, and restoration of affected tree lawns for the following streets 2024 Street Rehab All questions through the bidding period shall be submitted through online. Each bid for each project must be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of 10% of the bid or a 100% Bid Bond, the same being payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and a Performance Bond satisfactory to said municipality in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained until the Contract is properly executed and delivered. Deposits of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned following the award.
