**As of April 24, 2024 , This project has been awarded to NCL Northern Contracting Limited, with the awarded amount of $3,447,460.00.** **As of April 24, 2024 , This project has been awarded to United Paving and Concrete Limited Partnership, with the awarded amount of $1,081,273.00.** The CBRM requires construction services from a qualified contractor to perform asphalt paving and patching throughout the 2024 construction season. Activities include, but are not limited to, small width patching, large width patching, spreader paving, cold milling, gravel placement, mass excavation, and other related activities deemed necessary by the Engineering and/or Public Works department. Project sizes and locations will vary and can be located anywhere within CBRM jurisdiction. Therefore, unit costs shall be provided on a "per division" basis (i.e. Central, East, and North). Projects will include both capital upgrades as well as operational maintenance and repairs. Due to the variability of this work, the contractor's work crew availability is crucial to successfully performing said work.
