This project consists of cleaning and sealing concrete joints in the spillway, as well as filling voids under the spillway concrete with foam. Send an email to request plans. SCOPE OF WORK The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, at his own proper cost and expense, all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner, ready for continuous operation, the above-mentioned project. The work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the following documents, all of which are made a part hereof and collectively evidence and constitute the contract. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION The time of commencement of work under this contract shall be within a reasonable period of time after the preconstruction conference as approved by the Department. The date of completion of the work under this contract shall be: September 30, 2024
