Trinity Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for the repair, replacement, and installation of glass, Lexan, and similar materials, as well as associated work such as film and tint, on an as needed basis or as otherwise stated in this specification. A proposer may propose enhanced minimum requirements if it will enhance the quality of the service. Glass repair and installation services will need to be performed within 24 hours or less once breakage has occurred and reported. The contract period will be for five years. Delivery and performance shall be made only as authorized after funding appropriations and program approval have been granted by Trinity Metro's Board of Directors. If the Contract is for a term of more than one (1) year, and if necessary funding appropriation/program approval is not granted, the Contract will be canceled for all unfunded or unapproved periods.
