Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Gresham, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to assist the City in developing schematic design and related services for the replacement of an existing fire station. The project will be done in close collaboration with City of Gresham management, Urban Renewal program staff, and the Gresham Fire Department. The intent is to select one firm to provide services. As of July 17, 2025, per owner, this project has not yet moved forward beyond the Architectural Services. Funding is a main reason this project is slow in progressing. They do not yet have a timeline on when they will be able to move forward with design, contractor, etc. An architect has been selected and has performed the first part of the work.
