The scope of work in Division I includes the upgrade of two existing lift stations along Hwy 301. LS 301 South will be upgraded from 400 gpm to 1,300 gpm and LS 301 North will be upgraded from 550gpm to 700 gpm. Work shall include construction of a new wet well, new pumps, electrical, SCADA, expanding the existing site, grading, site piping, and all other appurtenances for the installation and operation of the pump stations. DIVISION II Wastewater Conveyance System: The scope of work in Division II includes the construction of a new 1,200 gpm lift station on Sunset Blvd and approximately 200 LF of 8 inch gravity sewer. Work in this division will also entail the construction of approximately 2,700 LF of 8 inch force main, 7, 500 LF of 12 inch force main, 5,400 LF of 16inch force main, and 16, 100 LF of 20 inch force main. Work shall include open cut, horizontal directional drill, and jack & bore installation methods, along with valves and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. DIVISION III Wayne Commerce Center Water and Sewer The scope of work in Division III includes the construction of a new 350 gpm lift station as well as the installation of 9,300 LF of 12 inch water main, 3,300 LF of 8 inch force main, and 3,300 LF of 10 inch gravity sewer to serve the new Wayne Commerce Center. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
