Award amount is $157,247.90** ROAD RESURFACING OF PORTIONS OF MANCHESTER AVENUE AND WILLIAM STREET, BID NO. 24.15 The City of Paterson requires that a bidder must submit with his bid, a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, along with consent of surety from a Bonding Company. In no case shall the bid guarantee exceed $20,000.00. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to perform all excavating, backfilling, filling and grading, and disposing of earth materials as shown, specified, and required for construction of structures, manholes, vaults, pipelines, and roads, required to complete the Work in every respect. All necessary preparation ofsub-grade for slabs and pavements is included. All temporary means needed to prevent discharge ofsediment to watercourses from dewatering systems or erosion are included.
