Description: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a Contractor to provide cultural resource surveys and architectural surveys on CDFW properties (Camp Cady Wildlife Area and Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve) where land disturbance may occur on future work areas to identify and record archeological (cultural) resources. A Small Business Preference of five percent (5%) will be granted in accordance 1896 et seq., Title 2, California Code of Regulations (CCR). To claim the Small Business Preference, your firm must have its principal place of business located in California, an approved small business certification form, and proof of annual receipts on file with the Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Services (DGS-OSDS). All questions concerning this IFB must be submitted directly to Holly Peterson at Holly.Peterson@wildlife.ca.gov on or before 03-29-2024 by 4:00 PM(PT). CDFW reserves the right to reject all bids. CDFW is not required to award an agreement. The contract term will be from upon contract approval date, through June 20, 2024. Extensions of Terms: The resulting Agreement may be amended to extend the term by one (1) year if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Upon signing the amendment, the bidder hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement.
