Bid proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Town of West Yellowstone in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Percent (150%) of the contract amount. The successful bidder shall provide Insurance as required, and a Certificate of that insurance shall be provided. The work includes but is not limited to, all labor and materials necessary to remove all old roofing materials, remove underlayment, remove drip edge, remove pipe flashing, inspect roof decking and ensure it is satisfactory for new roof, set any loose nails, install synthetic ice and water shield underlayment on the entire roof, install 24-gauge 2-inch drip edge on all eave edges, install lifetime tool ultimate pipe flashing on all pipe penetrations, install CeDUR synthetic shakes, install ridge vent on all ridges, install CeDUR reinforced synthetic ridge shakes on all hips and ridges, seal any exposed nail heads with a Nova Flex sealant, and remove and dispose of any roof debris.
