LOT AWARD This contract will be awarded according to the following four lots to the lowest bidder: Lot 1 - Office chairs Lot 2 - Chairs, upholstered furniture, tables and accessories Lot 3 - Workstations and accessories Lot 4 - Lockers The delivery and installation of each sector must be completely completed within 2 weeks (including the identification of deficiencies). The planned dates, and subject to adjustment, are: CSC sector 03.133 : Delivery of furniture: July 15, 2024 Installation of furniture: July 15, 2024 to August 2, 2024 Verification of deficiencies by professionals: August 6, 2024 User moving: August 7, 2024 CSC sector RJ.261 and RJ.111 Delivery of furniture: September 30, 2024 Installation of furniture: September 30 to October 11, 2024 Verification of deficiencies by professionals: October 15, 2024 User moving: October 16, 2024
