Site work for a civil project in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Halifax Water plans to complete stream habitat enhancement in the Little Salmon River within a 3 km stretch below Lake Major Dam, in Halifax Regional Municipality, NS. Work will primarily involve the removal of fine sediments from the river bottom through sandwanding, which uses a system that pumps water into the substrate to lift the fine sediments for discharge to a set distance from the shoreline and have clean coarse substrate remain on the stream bottom. Documents are available at https://halifaxwater.bonfirehub.com Deadline for Questions April 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM Atlantic time If you have any questions, please contact procurement through the Bonfire portal.
