The chosen Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, and manpower necessary to provide the Lawn Maintenance Services, as detailed in this proposal. All work shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. (2) Services for each facility must be bid individually on the bid sheet. One contract will be awarded for all sites. (3) All equipment and materials in performing the scope of the contract shall be supplied by the Contractor The bid shall be valid for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the same pricing. Renewal requires written mutual consent of both parties within 30 days of the term ending date.
