Any questions submitted after the deadline shall be rejected. Any response will be in the form of an addendum. The City of Ventura is soliciting bids for: All Labor and Materials to Repair the Sidewalk and Jetty at Marina Park. Scope of Work: The City of Ventura is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and all other necessary equipment and supplies to repair the sidewalk and jetty at Marina Park. o Project Management planning and design. o Mobilization and demobilization. o Procurement of Materials and equipment. o Set up safety containment. o Remove and repair panels of damaged sidewalk. o Stabilize sidewalk edges to sidewalk grade. o Grade areas that are beyond the sidewalk. o Install smaller and larger Rip Rap beyond the sidewalk. o Flagger as needed. o Stabilize and level cement benches to grade. o Clean the area for public use when finished. o Final walkthrough to sign off as complete. Storage: A. The Contractor's operations for the preparation and storage of materials shall be limited to a designated area by the City Representative and such space shall be always kept clean and orderly. B. Contractor shall have full responsibility for any materials and equipment stored at the site. Cleaning: A. Site must be kept neat and clean during work. B. Upon completion of work, the work site shall be cleaned and free from debris and all waste shall be properly disposed or recycled. Miscellaneous: A. Contractor shall possess a General Engineering Contractor's License. B. Contractor shall at all times take necessary steps to protect all property from damage during the operations and shall be responsible for any damage caused by the Contractor. C. All work shall be coordinated with the City Representative, Robert Loyola, Parks & Recreation Supervisor. D. Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements.
