Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, which must correspond to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, in the form of a certified check, draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee or of a bond. When guarantees are in the form of a bond, the amount of each of them corresponds to fifty percent (50%) of the contract price. When the guarantee is in the form of a certified check or draft, the bid guarantee must be issued in favor of the School Service Center. This bid security may be exchanged no later than fifteen (15) days after sending the award letter for a performance bond and an obligation bond for pledges, materials and services, the amount of each of them corresponds to fifty percent (50%) of the contract price. Beginning of the roadworks: June 25, 2024 Provisional acceptance of the work: August 21, 2024 End of the works: September 20, 2024
