Reference number: 20105648 Type of the Tender guarantee : Marked check (certified check) Value of the Tender guarantee (amount or percentage) : 10% of total bid Description The Centre de services scolaire des Premieres-Seigneuries wishes to retain the services of a construction contractor for masonry repair work at the Saint-Michel school, located at 453 Seigneuriale Street, Quebec City, Quebec, G1C 3R2. Summary description of the work: Remove the existing block cladding and insulation. Excavate around the perimeter of the building. Raise the foundations so that the weep holes are not in the ground. Remove a section of the existing metal cladding and keep it for reinstallation. Apply a new liquid vapor barrier to the existing wall. Insulate the wall with 4" of semi-rigid insulation. New brick facing with necessary intramural flashing. Reinstall metal cladding with new flashing. New basketball hoops (quantity 2) to replace the three (3) existing ones that were removed. Restoration of landscaping, sidewalk, asphalt, etc. Delivery schedule From June 1, 2026, to August 21, 2026.
