The University of California, Los Angeles, seeks materials testing and inspection consulting services for various non-specific projects in pre-design, design phases, and construction phases. These services are anticipated to be for various scales of projects for new or existing buildings and locations on campus and potentially at off-campus properties. A specific list of projects has not yet been developed nor have schedules been determined. The scope of services may differ significantly in terms of size, cost, project type, and available information. Program and building types may also vary, and may include new construction, renovations, healthcare, housing, classrooms, laboratories, dining facilities, etc. Each consultant selected will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement(PSA) negotiated with the University, with authorizations for specific assignments from Capital Programs, Facilities Management, Housing, and Business and Administrative Services executed as necessary over the term of the agreement.
