All other terms and confitions remain unchanged **** Ammendment 0001 Issued ***** The Scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing asphalt roof and felt underlayment down to the roof sheathing, the maintenance building measures approximately 7,700 sq ft and 520 lineal feet perimeter. Within 3 days of roof removal contractor to conduct an inspection of the roof sheathing and fascia boards. Contractor to generate a report of the total square footage of sheathing & lineal feet of fascia boards to be replaced and provide report to the TPOC & Lake Manager, during this inspection the TPOC & Project staff will be allowed to verify the unsuitable sheathing / fascia to be replaced. Options 001 & 002 will be awarded according to the contractor's square foot / lineal foot unit price on the price breakout schedule. Contractor to remove existing roof penetrations (exhaust vents) and repair / replace roof sheathing. Install new underlayment, metal roofing panels, ridge cap vent, seamless gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks according to the specifications located herein. Maintenance Building Roof Replacement The estimated construction magnitude is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to replace the existing asphalt roofing shingles with metal roofing panels that measures approximately 7,700 sq ft, install seamless gutters and downspouts with splash guards on the maintenance building with a perimeter or approximately 520 lineal feet inside the compound located at 495 Lake Road, Campbellsville KY 42718. Prices should include mobilization & demobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
