Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will generally consist of the construction of a timber post and rail fence with masonry and stone pillars, lighting and general restoration activities. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed at the Greene Township Municipal Building (telephone: 814-825-3347). A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
