Prep areas - remove any weeds/vegetation. Clean and broom. 2. Mill butt joints at concrete 3. Remove and re-pin 40 car bumpers 4. Clean and Prime areas with SS-1 emulsion liquid asphalt primer 5. Place (Overlay) 1.5" surface course 6. Restripe in paint according to current configuration - Material used must meet OSHA and Illinois State Specifications #1 Pathways (Approx 3,270 sq yds) 1. Prep areas - remove any weed /vegetation. Clean and broom 2. Mill butt joints at concrete 3. Excavate to extend southeast pathway (indicated in red) to connect to street 4. Place 6" stone plus 2" binder in excavated area 5. Clean and prime areas with SS-1 emulsion liquid asphalt primer 6. Place 1.5" surface course 7. Widen curve by fire hydrant (indicated in red)
