This contract is for construction services in connection with the demolition of three (3) deteriorated and unsafe structures (including hazardous material removals and site restoration) within the Welwyn Preserve, 100 Crescent Beach Road, Glen Cove, NY. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the fourth quarter of 2024. All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 PM on Friday, April 12th, 2024, to Robert LaBaw, R.A. at rlabaw@nassaucountyny.gov. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 120 Calendar Days
