Sizes: 18'x142'; 18'x126'; 18'x82' All Contractors Planning to Place a Bid Must Fill Out This Form to Be Authorized to Bid. - This Form Must Be Completed and Either Faxed to 815-857-4242 or Emailed Bangleton@countyoflee.org - Failure to Submit the Required Forms and Fee Will Result in the Bid Not Being Accepted. - Contractors May Verify We Have Received Their Authorization to Bid Form by Checking the "for Bid" Plan Holder List. - if an Email Address is Provided a Notice of Addenda Will Be Sent When Updates Are Available. - the "for Bid" Plan Holder List Will Be Updated as Needed Prior to the Letting. - Bid Results Are Typically Posted the Day of the Letting. - the Bid Results Are Preliminary Until Approved by the County Board. For the Marion Township 2024 HMA Patches Bid Package, on the schedule of prices, the quantity of Preparation is incorrect. It is recorded as 7 CY. It should read 700 SY. Also on the special provisions for preparation of base, the units should be per Square Yard instead of per Cubic Yard.
