The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby seeks firms to submit Proposals for professional consulting services for the Elevator Maintenance Project. The work to be completed under this contract consists of elevator inspection, maintenance, and emergency maintenance services all four (4) of the DRPA bridge elevators and administration buildings as part of its ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES FOR BRIDGES AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDINGS PROJECT ("the Project"). These four (4) bridges include: the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the Betsy Ross Bridge, the Commodore Barry Bridge, and the Walt Whitman Bridge. The Authority will consider only those Proposals received from parties who have obtained the RFP and contract documents directly from the Authority. Contract documents are not transferable to other parties for proposal purposes. Proposals received from firms whose names are not recorded by the Authority as having secured documents for this Project will be rejected. From the issue date of this advertisement and until full execution of the Contract Agreement, the Single Point of Contact shall be the Contract Administrator whose name and contact information appears below. Please refer all inquiries related to the Project, including Ariba technical issues to the Contract Administrator. Any violation of this condition (excluding any Ariba supplier registration questions, which should be addressed by e-mailing vendors@drpa.org) may be cause for the DRPA to reject the offending Proposal or rescind the Contract Award. Proposers agree not to distribute any part of their Proposals beyond the Authority's Contract Administration Department. A proposer that shares information contained in its Proposal with other DRPA personnel and/or with a competing proposer may be disqualified and its Proposal may be rejected. Responses to questions will be provided, via e-mail, by the Single Point of Contact to those firms who have registered and requested participation in the RFP. Only information supplied by the Single Point of Contact, including responses to questions regarding the RFP, should be used in preparing Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
