The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), invites you to submit a bid for the construction of Beulah-Halliday 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild, in North Dakota under Invitation for Bids (IFB) Solicitation No. 89503424BWA000046. The price range for this work is more than $10,000,000.00. This letter is not an integral part of the IFB which is a self-contained stand-alone document. In the event of any conflict between the contents of this letter and the enclosed IFB, the IFB language shall prevail. This solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Environmentally sensitive areas are located near the following Structure locations: 33/3, 41-6 to 41/7 - state land, 46/3 to 46/4, 48/6, 51/8 to 52/1, 55/5 to 55/7,56/1 to 56/1A (Halliday Substation).
