Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washburn, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and medical facility.

Grainger County will be soliciting bids to replace roof at Washburn Medical Center/ Library. Two bid options are requested. Metal roofing should meet the following specifications: Option 1: 29 Gauge material Lifetime Paint Adhesion warranty 30-year chalk/30-year fade resistance 25-year Galvalume substrate warranty Residential Application Increased Hail Resistance Workmanship 1-year guarantee Remove existing shingles and install vapor barrier shield. Roofing should also include finished trim. Option 2: Remove existing shingles and replace with Three-dimensional Lifetime 30-year shingles Install vapor barrier shield Workmanship 1-year guarantee Install shingle over ridge vent Building can be inspected at 7719 TN 131, Washburn, Tennessee 37888. Grainger County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities contained therein. *Please contact the owner to secure the bid docs for the project*
