This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Feasibility Study, then Architectural Services (if project receives the required approvals to go forward from the ministry) as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire Viamonde 1 Vanier Drive, Welland, ON L3B 1A1 Hereinafter, the above-named school board are referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS The Board has prequalified Architect's from RFSQ #22-52. The Architectural Service Respondents will be invited from Category 3.
