Renovation of a military facility in Berlin, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to replace the roofing system on USCG Owned Housing located at 108 Purnell St., Berlin, MD 21811 as per the attached statement of work. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Cody Wood, CWO2 @ 757-894-8570. Vendors doing business with the USCG must be registered in SAM, www.SAM.gov ..Complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed (if industry standards allow) Invoices MUST be submitted through IPP, Invoice Processing Platform, www.ipp.gov
