Renovation of a municipal facility in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

City of Parksville City Hall Section B roof replacement on designated roof areas located at 100 Jensen Ave E, Parksville, BC, V9P 2H3. Roof Are a: Section B The work includes partial replacement of the current roof assembly. Remove current assembly down to coverboard. Mechanically fasten the existing assembly to the steel deck. Adhere with insulation adhesive, 0.5” gypsum board overlay, type Densdeck Prime. Torch apply 2 ply modified bitumen membrane. Elimination and disposal of obsolete equipment, as identified by the Owner. Coordinate with Owner and Consultant regarding antenna and facade lights.
