Regent Park, Phase 4, residential Buildings. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Environmental, Geotechnical, and Hydro-geotechnical Consultants has been issued by Deltera Contracting Inc. on behalf of the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) . The Consultants will be responsible for Assessment and Oversight of Phase 4 of the Regent Park revitalization project: A. Removal of Contaminated Soils: as Applicable During the Demolition and Removal of Below-grade Structures and Services, and Corresponding Reporting on Quantities and Removal Procedures; and B. Backfill Material and Compaction: Assessment and Review of Source Site Material, Additional Testing as Required, Oversight of Backfill Material Both at the Source and at the Demolition Site, Backfilling Compaction, and Any Other Responsibilities as Required to Meet Applicable Regulations and the Requirements of Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
