Small Diameter Water Main Renewals (Horizontal Directional Drilling/Open Cut) The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced entities for the supply and installation of PVC DR18 pipes using the open-cut method or HDPE PE4710 DR11 pipes via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) on proposed water mains. This initiative is in line with the City's proactive strategy to revitalize its aging water mains infrastructure, with the primary objective of improving water distribution efficiency and reducing the risk of water main failures. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement Question Deadline 04/15/2024
