All Proposers must be properly licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina and must comply with the Code of Laws of South Carolina, including Section 40-11-200, when applicable. The Proposer's company does not need to be based in South Carolina, but must be licensed to do business in the state of SC and specifically Horry County
