Anderson House Freight Farm and Utility Upgrades (re-bid). The Project involves site improvements and utility upgrades to accommodate the installation of a vertical hydroponic farming container i.e. Freight Farm on a 0.53-acre parcel of land located at 382 Plantation St. in Worcester, MA, which is commonly referred to as the Anderson House. The time for completion of the Work is 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete work on time are $1,000.00/ day Bid forms for this Contract are located in Part # 1 Bid Instructions & Bid Form, Attachment B, located near the front of bid document. Return these pages along with a 5% Bid Deposit, current DCAM Certificate of Eligibility and complete Update Statement with your bid submission. o Furnishing, installing, and maintaining temporary erosion controls. o Site grading and construction of project-specific features, including detention areas, area drains, rain gardens, and snow storage areas. o Site grading, excavation, trenching, etc. to accommodate the Project features listed in the following bullet points. o Furnishing and installing/constructing exterior concrete pads, sidewalks, ramps and pathways. o Furnishing and installing recycled granite steps. o Furnishing and installing site seating. o Furnishing and installing site plantings (i.e.: evergreen trees, deciduous shrubs, perennials, etc.). o Furnishing and installing new site lighting, including underground electrical conduits. o Furnish and installing underground electrical conduits for future EV charging station, solar panels, etc. o Selective amount of bituminous pavement removal and replacement. o Furnishing all materials and constructing a free-standing 12"-0" x 16'-0" vestibule attached to the "Freight Farm" o Furnishing and installing ramp handrails. o Re-stripping/painting existing parking lot. o Furnishing and installing new electrical service, panel, wiring, etc. o Providing final connections to the "Freight Farm". o Provide, administer, and utilize "PROCORE" construction project management software for purposes of hosting and managing project communication and documentation until Final Completion.
