As of November 24, 2025, the owner intends to reject all bids and resolicit with new engineering plans. This decision is subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to redirect rainwater to existing storm drains at the Administration Building of the Nassau County Sheriff's Office located at 77151 Citizens Circle, Yulee, Florida, 32097. The services shall be performed on property owned by or under the jurisdiction of Nassau County in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The work is to be performed by a General Contractor, licensed, insured, and bonded to do business in the State of Florida. Vendor shall be familiar with and shall comply with County and State Ordinances governing demolition work and traffic control regulations during work.
